InfoWorks ICM Product details
InfoWorks ICM Product details
Cloud enhancements
InfoWorks ICM users can now access results faster than ever with direct access to cloud simulation results. Interrogate and export some cloud results without downloading the full time-series results. Scalar and spatial time series data (TSD) objects are now available in cloud databases.
Civil 3D integration
Civil 3D designers can now easily share designs with hydraulic modelers. Export a sanitary and storm sewer pipe network into InfoWorks ICM, run simulations on the network model, and make adjustments where needed. Then, transfer these changes back to the model in Civil 3D for a streamlined planning and design process.

1Cloud databases and simulations are only available with Autodesk supplied licenses and installers. 2A Workgroup Data Server (WDS) is an optional component that manages access to workgroup on-premise databases. It is not required for standalone or cloud databases. Although optional, it is recommended when there is more than one user that accesses the same database. The WDS is normally installed on a different machine than the one ICM is installed on. 3A Remote Agent is a dedicated high-performance machine that is primarily used to run simulations. Using a Remote Agent is optional but is recommended if you want to run and execute simulations faster than would be possible on machines where ICM, and other software, is also installed. Remote Agents are not available with Autodesk supplied licenses. However, you can still use a Remote Agent when your users are using Autodesk supplied ICM licenses if the Remote Agent uses an Innovyze supplied Thales type of ICM license.
Notes: The installers that install the Innovyze licensed products continue to also install 32-bit versions of the software.
The software is not supported on the Intel Itanium architecture and on the ARM architecture, and will not run on and cannot be installed on Windows RT or Windows 10 S.
It may be necessary to update the Microsoft .NET framework before installing the software if you are installing desktop client software.
When interfacing to third-party software including GIS products and SCADA systems, and when using Oracle and SQL Server databases, you need to ensure that the software is supported by its vendor on the platform you are using.
Within that constraint, versions of Oracle and SQL Server supported are Oracle 18c and 19c and SQL Server 2016, 2017 and 2019.
