In partnership with Autodesk and powered by Agave’s integration platform, we built a seamless connection that brings cost data into real-time alignment—bridging field and finance with minimal disruption. The entire rail system design process is now managed digitally using Autodesk Docs software. Instead of relying on traditional email-based file sharing and approvals, all stakeholders—including the client, consultant, and designer—collaborate in real time on a single digital platform. As a result, delays in approval phases have been significantly reduced, achieving up to 70% savings in paper usage and up to 30% time efficiency in past projects. For upcoming projects, the goal is to implement a fully digital, paperless workflow that boosts sustainability and operational efficiency across the entire design phase.
Managing data on megaprojects is one of the most complex challenges in construction today. With diverse stakeholders, global teams, and a multitude of tools in use, maintaining access to accurate, real-time data across regions becomes critical. But what happens when a live, ongoing project needs to be migrated—across platforms and geographies—without disrupting progress? In this session, we’ll explore a real-world case where a project team undertook a year-long effort to migrate project data from BIM 360 to Autodesk Construction Cloud, and subsequently transitioned the project from the United States to the EU data center to meet data residency and regulatory requirements. We’ll walk through the technical and logistical challenges faced, compare available migration strategies, and showcase how the team used Autodesk Construction Cloud Connect to automate much of the process—ensuring continuity, compliance, and collaboration across the board.
This case study highlights the deployment of a 5D BIM Power BI dashboard on an airport project valued at $420 million. Developed by L&T Construction—India’s largest engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm—the dashboard integrated Revit software and Autodesk Construction Cloud to streamline progress monitoring and billing. Tackling key challenges like complex stakeholder coordination and data fragmentation, the solution improved transparency, reduced manual errors, and sped up decision making. The integration of models, documents, and workflows in the cloud created a synchronized construction environment, enhancing cost control and governance. This digital-first approach minimized paper-based processes and resource redundancies, driving operational sustainability. This case underscores the transformative power of connected construction, demonstrating how cloud-based platforms and BIM can foster efficiency, accountability, and environmental responsibility at scale.

Since all construction documents are stored, linked, referenced, and visualized to all assets, facility manager mobilization time may be significantly reduced by 50%.
