This talk focuses on the How, and Why, Mercury Engineering streamlined 20 distinct construction software packages into one – BIM 360. Previously each project team would put ad-hoc, site specific solutions in place to meet their needs. With the growth of Mercury Engineering the need for a single company-wide solution became apparent. With the use of focus groups and current software knowledge we were able to analyse all of the used solutions and find the one that best meets our organisational needs.   We are now in the process of rolling out BIM360 across all business units in Mercury.
