We'll start with what to include in contract and execution plan to set the project on the path to success, such as level of development (LOD), scope of work, deliverables, and schedule. Then, we'll cover tools-including software platform, virtual reality, and drones-for the best application during design and construction phases to reduce project cost and improve efficiency.
