This session will introduce LotSpec, an Option Management add-in which automates “Lot-Specifics” within Revit and AutoCAD Architecture. We will be interviewing a LotSpec user from Smith Douglas Homes. The session will discuss the pain points home builders face and how LotSpec can help ease the burden of site specific architecture. We will cover how LotSpec can automate the process to improve organization, project management, and estimating by providing concise drawings. LotSpec uses a rules-based workflow to assign logic to project elements. The automation process assists in eliminating combination errors and reduced red-lines.
