Through this class, Attendees will learn how to coordinate and manage a complex construction project using BIM. In a case study of a utility tunnel project in China,BIM is used in the coordination of construction of a complex intersection. Animations were made to show the removing of the existing pipelines, the traffic control and the construction sequence of the utility tunnel. Project scheduling management, hazard identification and QC using BIM were also carried out.
