Renovation projects are on the rise, with digital methods like reality capture, model-based collaboration, and Digital Workplaces proving essential. AFRY Switzerland's “AFRY Bellinzona regional hub” is a prime example. Located in a historic Swiss town of Bellinzona, the 2,000 m² space was transformed from an unused commercial site into flexible, modern offices. Autodesk tools were used throughout: Recap for reality capture, Revit for model authoring, ACC for clash detection and coordination, AR visualisation, site reporting, and a Digital Workplace prototype with Tandem.  was a top priority—repurposing the existing space helped meet initial goals, with recycled materials and 90% reused furniture from previous offices.
