    Description

    A good project manager knows that a project succeeds if the budget, schedule, and scope are managed effectively. A great project manager knows how to use BIM (Building Information Modeling) data to better manage those metrics in real time. This course will explore BIM tools and techniques a project manager can use to execute a project successfully. From 4D/5D schedule and cost integration using Assemble to the development of a project dashboard using Microsoft Power BI and BIM 360 software as a hosting platform, this course will look into the wide array of options at a project manager’s disposal when using BIM data to benefit a project.
