Are you concerned that you spend too much time on routine tasks and not enough on decision making? This session will provide a strategic overview of how we automate 20% of routine construction tasks by connecting Construction Cloud to our project database. We’ve built a platform to manage issues from design through inspection, streamline daily operations, and enable expert decision making via BI dashboards powered by granular data from Construction Cloud. Platform use cases include data aggregation via Bridge on Construction Cloud, model check dashboards with the Data Exchange and Validation Tool APIs, and circulation approval dashboards in projects. The Construction Cloud Meetings tool also embeds meetings into our workflows to manage follow-ups more efficiently. Over 100 projects already benefit from linking Construction Cloud with HR and construction data, and we aim to further scale this by automating 50% of routine site tasks using AI, while also integrating training and evaluation systems into the same platform.
