In this class, a panel of experts from Autodesk Product Support will answer your questions and share troubleshooting tips. During this open discussion and Q&A session, we may not be able to answer or resolve all of your questions right away, but we can provide pointers or advice for further troubleshooting. We will also explain how to log a support case for more in-depth investigation. We will make a brief presentation at the start to introduce the Autodesk Product Support team and explain the current support options for customers.
