Currently, BIM offers asset details during projects, yet maintenance data often resides in isolated silos, managed manually. DB’s current focus is breaking down data silos between BIM and maintenance systems using Tandem software to enable artificial intelligence (AI)-driven insights in the future. This session will highlight how DB is piloting Tandem software to bring together BIM and maintenance data—which are often disconnected. By connecting intelligent models with live maintenance data, DB accelerates knowledge transfer, improves efficiency, and paves the way for AI-driven predictive maintenance.
