Collaborating Early with BIM 360 Design, BIM 360 Docs, and BIM 360 Glue

Coordinating a hospital is very complex. Finding ways to save the owner money, speed up construction, and keep the intended design and feel of the building is extremely complicated. That is why as a general contractor we needed to start the coordination of the hospital earlier on by using BIM 360 Design software, BIM 360 Docs software, and BIM 360 Glue software. In this class, we’ll discuss how we got the design team and subcontractors on board, and the benefits we gained from moving the coordination of the project earlier in the design phase.
