Issue:

Users reported that in Vault Client 2022 after performing a "Synchronize properties" in Inventor file following message appears:

Successfully updated from Vault File property '<property_name>'

The same message appears again if another "Synchronize properties" on the same file is executed.

Affected Vault property is text-type property and mapped to Inventor number-type property. Mapping is set to bi-directional.

To install updates, open the Autodesk desktop app and click My Updates. To install a new version of your Autodesk software, open the Autodesk desktop app, sign in, and click My Products. To use a web browser to install updates or a new version, sign in to Autodesk Account. (Your access to new versions or updates depends on your Autodesk software entitlements.)

Workaround:

Change mapping to a single direction from file to Vault.
