This update installs new Siemens catalog data to Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020 existing Siemens catalog database and PLC database.

• Microsoft® Windows® 7 SP1 with Update KB4019990 (64-bit only)
• Microsoft® Windows® 8.1 with Update KB2919355 (64-bit only)
• Microsoft® Windows® 10 (64-bit only) (version 1803 or higher)

You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft Windows operating system to apply this update. It is also recommended that you reboot your system before applying this update.

1. Download " ACADE_2020_SIEMENS_PLC_Content_Update.zip " to a location on your local computer.
2. Extract the zip file on the same local drive folder.

3. Close Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020.
4. Double click on "AceContentUpdate.exe".
5. Click on "Install" button to add new content for Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020 product.
6. This update creates a backup file of existing Catalog database before appending new contents in existing database.
7. Launch Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020 and start working with updated Siemens content.

1. Close Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020.
2. In the Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020 installation, delete default_cat.mdb from "C:\Users\{User Name}\Documents\Acade 2020\AeData\en-US\Catalogs" folder.
3. Rename default_cat.mdb.bak to default_cat.mdb.
4. In the Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2020 installation, delete ace_plc.mdb from "C:\Users\{User Name}\Documents\Acade 2020\AeData\en-US\Plc" folder.
5. Rename ace_plc.mdb.bak to ace_plc.mdb.
