Notice to Autodesk Inventor Customers
In
our continuing efforts to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released
below hotfix to address the error dialog issue when trying to edit iFeature via Excel in Inventor 2017.4
product.
This document contains the latest information regarding the installation and use of this update. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the update to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.

The hotfix is released to fix the error dialog issue when trying to edit iFeature via Excel in Inventor 2017.4 product.
The hotfix should only be applied to systems directly affected by the issue described above, as this was the only issue this hotfix was created to address.
For application of this hotfix, your system must have the following products installed:
· Autodesk® Inventor® Professional 2017.4
· Autodesk® Inventor® 2017.4
This hotfix is available in 64-bit version and is only applicable to Autodesk Inventor 2017.4.
1. Download
the hotfix “INVGEN-12940_KOR.zip”.
2. Unzip
the downloaded file.
3. Make a
backup copy for the .dll file below:
It is
in the installation folder of Inventor. Usually, the path is:
……\Autodesk\Inventor
2017\Bin\ko-KR
4. Copy
the extracted file to the same installation folder, overwriting the file located
there.
