Notice to Autodesk Inventor Customers
In
our continuing efforts to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released
this hotfix to address where Parts List has been inconsistently
translated in the drawing environment for German Inventor 2016.
This document contains the latest information regarding the installation and use of this update. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the update to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.

The hotfix is released to address where Parts List
has been inconsistently translated in the drawing environment for German
Inventor 2016.
The hotfix should only be applied to systems
directly affected by the issue described above, as this was the only issue this
hotfix was created to address.
Please
note that occurrences of Parts List
remain translated as Teileliste in
the styles and templates and will be fixed in the next release.
For application of this hotfix, your system must have the following products installed:
· Autodesk® Inventor® Professional 2016 R3
·
Autodesk® Inventor® 2016 R3
1. Download the hotfix “Inventor2016_Incorrect translation for Parts List.zip”.
2. Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Make a backup copy for below .dll file:
It is located in the installation folder of Inventor. Usually, the path is:
……\Autodesk\Inventor 2016\Bin\de-DE
4. Copy the extracted file to the same installation folder, overwriting the file located there.
