·         Autodesk ReCap / Autodesk ReCap Pro (version: 5.0.0.40)

What is included?

This update contains fixes for the following issues:

·         Optimizing project makes project sync to A360 fail and make the project unstructured.

·         Invisible scans are exported to structure .e57 file.

·         Export decimation not working as expected.

·         Factory products unable to launch Realview in ReCap.

·         Faro scan import hanging.

Installation Instructions

You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft® Windows® operating system to complete the installation process.

1. Updating Autodesk ReCap / Autodesk ReCap Pro on a single computer:

a. Using Autodesk Desktop App:

·         Ensure ReCap / Autodesk ReCap Pro version 5.0.0.40 is installed on the computer.

·         Launch Autodesk Desktop App from the system tray or from Start -> Autodesk -> Autodesk Desktop App.

·         Click on the 'Updates' tab; Autodesk ReCap / Autodesk ReCap Pro v5.0.1.30 should be visible in the list.

·         Click on 'Install'. The new update will be downloaded and installed. ReCap / Pro's current version 5.0.0.40 will be updated to version 5.0.1.30.

b. Direct download & install:

·         Ensure ReCap / Autodesk ReCap Pro version 5.0.0.40 is installed on the computer.

·         Download ReCap / Pro update (version 5.0.1.30) from the following link: https://up.autodesk.com/2019/RECAP/8B8788A5-B172-402B-84AB-01290AC58D5A/ReCap_Update_v5.0.0.40_to_v5.0.1.30_x64.msp

·         Double click on ReCap_Update_v5.0.0.40_to_v5.0.1.30_x64.msp

·         Follow the installation instructions on the screen. ReCap / Pro's current version 5.0.0.40 will be updated to version 5.0.1.30.
