Typically, engraving text was limited to stick fonts. If someone wanted to engrave an artistic\u00a0pattern, this would take a whole day to program and several scrap parts of trial and error.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward to present day, Fusion 360&#8217;s engrave toolpath\u00a0machines along complex contours with V-shaped chamfered walls. A variety of text fonts can be machined with the engrave toolpath. In addition, this toolpath can machine along complex contours, which can be created from complex sketches or SVGs inserted from other graphic\u00a0design tools (Illustrator, Inkscape, etc.).
