When you cut open a Composite Connector, you will find a small glue joint that holds everything together.\u00a0 We have come up with a special epoxy glue system that ensures your bonds are at their highest strength when you finish the assembly process.\u00a0 Our static mixing tube couples up with each connection point glue portal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1509989883244.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1509989883244.png 540w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1509989883244-300x80.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Did we mention that these shapes are able to pass fluids and air at high temperatures?\u00a0 Need to run a wire to a sensor, or make a pneumatic mechanism move? We\u2019ve got, you covered.\u00a0 Our MarkForged printers are here to make custom parts.\u00a0 Just hit the email button in the app and send us your part in a native Fusion 360\u00a0 archive (.f3d) format. or you can find us at <a href=\"mailto:sales@overnightcomposites.com\">sales@overnightcomposites.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Kind of Tolerances and Finishes Can I Expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While cosmetics are pretty awesome at .1mm resolution, we do have some flaws where supports are placed.\u00a0 Now tolerances are something to talk about.<\/p>\n<p>Knowing that our build volume is 320mm x 132mm x 154mm, we have chosen to slow things down a bit to get you some tighter tolerances.\u00a0 Over a 300mm build length, we are seeing +\/-.10mm. The other 2 axes are even tighter.\u00a0 Something that is half that build size, we are seeing +\/-.8mm.\u00a0 Weight tolerances are +\/-2% for connectors since we hand that information from our store.
