Hello everyone! My name is Antonio Ruiz Monteagudo and I\u2019m from Sevilla, Spain (perhaps the most beautiful city in the world). I currently work as a Product Designer for UNYQ<\/a>, doing some pretty cool things with 3D printers. I\u2019m also finishing my degree in Industrial Design and Product Development from the University of Sevilla. In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games and honing my design skills.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I was first exposed to AutoCAD about 12 years and immediately became very intrigued. Without any knowledge, I began teaching myself and since attending university, I\u2019ve been able to expand my 3D modeling skills. I\u2019m very proficient in CATIA, Keyshot, Blender, and Cinema 4D. It fascinates me how these tools allow you to bring digital ideas to life. It also helps I have a 3D printer in my home!<\/p>\n

I discovered Fusion 360 and was immediately impressed with how it brings together all the tools I need into one package. It\u2019s extremely easy to use, very versatile, compatible with other tools, and has quickly become my modeling tool of choice.<\/p>\n

The space scanner came from my personal interest in space exploration and my imagination. I use Remake a lot and it got me thinking how it could be helpful for space exploration, by allowing us to capture real planet surface models to gain a better knowledge of them. From there the Autodesk Sight spacer scanner<\/a> was born! I was able to complete the project in 5-6 hours all in one afternoon.<\/p>\n
