Postprocessor properties are settings contained within each post that allow users extra control to optimize for specific printer models, materials, and required print outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001-1024x640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-74147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001-1024x640.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001-1536x960.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001-1092x684.jpg 1092w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image001.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a list of postprocessor properties that are available in all FFF posts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temperature Tower \u2013 Allows users to print over range of different temperatures in order to find the best printing temperature for their material. For a tutorial video on how to do this, please see this video on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pjZUXAIgWH8\">using a temperature tower in Fusion for FFF 3D printing<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative Extrusion mode \u2013 Allows users to choose whether they want relative or Absolute extrusion values outputted. Majority of printers support both of these options. Most users find Relative easier to read when trying to understand the gcode file, but is prone to very small rounding errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"905\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image002-1024x905.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-74152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image002-1024x905.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image002-300x265.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image002-768x678.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image002-1536x1357.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image002.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We support over 250 FFF printers alone in Fusion and this requires almost 30 separate postprocessors! Below is a list of all these FFF post processors that are currently supported in Fusion, along with their respective post properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alfawise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anet 3D<ul><li>Maximum height for compensation \u2013 Specifies the maximum height above the print bed that the printer stops tapering off any adjustments made from the bed levelling.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Levelling using current mesh \u2013 Enables bed levelling at the start of the print. It uses the mesh from the last calibration.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Move the bed to the front when finished \u2013 When enabled, the print bed will move to the front of the printer when the print is finished.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printer model \u2013 specifies which Anet 3D printer is being used. This is because the different printers require slightly different outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AnkerMake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anycubic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generic FFF (Marlin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BambuLab<ul><li>Enclosure temperature \u2013 Specifies the temperature of the printer enclosure.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printer Model \u2013 specifies which BambuLab printer is being used. This is because the different printers require slightly different outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BCN3D\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Print Mode \u2013 Specifies what printing mode is being used. The BCN3D printers have IDEX (Independent Dual Extruders) functionality which allow them to mirror or duplicate the part during printing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BigRep\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printer model \u2013 specifies which BigRep printer is being used. This is because the different printers require slightly different outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BIQU\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enable auto bed levelling \u2013 specifies whether a G29 command is outputted to enable bed levelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bresser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creality<ul><li>Allow g-code output in inches \u2013 Set units to inches. When enabled, all positions, speeds, accelerations, etc., are interpreted as inches.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Enable bed levelling \u2013 specifies whether a G29 or M420 command is outputted to enable bed levelling.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fade height for compensation \u2013 Specifies the height above the print bed that the printer stops tapering off any adjustments made from the bed levelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dremel\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use enclosure fans \u2013 enables the enclosure fan to be used to help cool down the print.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eMotion Tech<ul><li>Enclosure temperature \u2013 Specifies the temperature of the printer enclosure.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Filament runout left detector \u2013 Specifies how whether the sensor is enabled to detect if the filament has run out. Users can also select IHM which uses the setting specified on the printer.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Filament runout right detector \u2013 Specifies how whether the sensor is enabled to detect if the filament has run out. Users can also select IHM which uses the setting specified on the printer.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Print Mode \u2013 Specifies what printing mode is being used. Some Flashforge printers have IDEX (Independent Dual Extruders) functionality which allow them to mirror or duplicate the part during printing.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use enclosure fan \u2013 enables the enclosure fan to be used to help cool down the print.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fracktal Works\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enclosure temperature \u2013 Specifies the temperature of the printer enclosure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geeetech\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enable bed probing \u2013 Enables the print bed to be probed and the print bed levelled at the start of the print.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lulzbot\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printer model \u2013 specifies which Lulzbot printer is being used. This is because the different printers require slightly different outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Makerbot\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heated Bed Command \u2013 Specifies which command is required to enable the heated bed. (Not available, M109, M140)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prusa<ul><li>Pause Print &#8211; Allows the user to specify what layer to pause the print, and what message the user wants to display.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Filament change &#8211; Specifies layers at which the print will stop to allow for a filament change. A message can also be displayed<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printer model \u2013 specifies which Prusa printer is being used. This is because the different printers require slightly different outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qidi\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shut down \u2013 Shut down the printer once the print has finished.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise3D<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re3D<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RepRap\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Function code for temperature \u2013 Specifies which command to use for setting the temperature of the extruder. This is either an M104 or G10 command.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sindoh\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calibration \u2013 Specifies if an M299 command is outputted for the calibration on the printers supporting this functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ultimaker\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specifies the material, material colour, and print core for each of the extruders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volumic\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extruders offset in X \u2013 specifies the distance between the extruders in the X-axis allowing Volumic printers to handle the offset automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XYZprinting<ul><li>Enclosure temperature \u2013 Specifies the temperature of the printer enclosure.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printer model \u2013 specifies whether the printer being used is the PartPro 300. This is because the PartPro 300 requires additional commands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, there are also a section named \u201cBuilt-in\u201d in the processor properties dialog. These are default properties available with all posts, and aren\u2019t contained within the posts themselves. The arc interpolation settings are used only when G2\/G3 is enabled in FFF and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=UoeZY1ou9Uw&amp;list=PLmA_xUT-8UlJVnpKykunzNn4ASAEusPr2&amp;index=12\">this video<\/a> shows how to enable them.
