What should you include? And ultimately, who ends up looking at them? Or maybe you\u2019re stuck on something and need a helping hand? \u00a0Here are the answers to these questions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since the inception of Fusion 360, our forum has played a major role in fostering dialogue within our community, and continues to flourish with lots of new discussions happening every day. A re-occurring discussion that seems to surface every now and then is around how to best report bugs and issues you encounter while using Fusion 360. There are a number of way to reach out and get help and support for Fusion 360; here is what we recommend that will get you the most effective results.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Post on the forum for help<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/design-and-documentation\/bd-p\/124\" target=\"_self\">forum<\/a><\/span> is <strong>the<\/strong> place to ask the community about how to doing something in Fusion 360, things you\u2019re unsure of, or areas where you\u2019re stuck on and need assistance. Many of our developers, support specialists and product managers are on the forum every day, so not only will you benefit from getting expert answers from us as well as the community, everyone benefits from the wealth of knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: normal; font-size: x-large;\">2. Report bugs to the support forum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you have issues such as crashes, performance problems, software bugs, or issues with your data or anything else that you need to get resolved ASAP, post it on our <a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/fusion-360-support\/bd-p\/962\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">support forum<\/a><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u00a0<\/span>and a support specialist from the Fusion 360 team will respond and work with you to get you back up and running again. Many times, product managers, QA gurus as well as seasoned developers will get involved to make sure your issues are being resolved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: normal; font-size: x-large;\">3. Submit ideas and improvement requests to the Ideastation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since we rolled out our new process of reviewing <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/fusion-360-ideastation-request-a\/idb-p\/125\" target=\"_self\">IdeaStation<\/a><\/span> submissions a couple months ago, the product management team has been very active in the IdeaStation, making sure that we can effectively capture valuable ideas and communicate them to the rest of the development team. The IdeaStation is not a place for bug reports or how-to questions. If we see them appear, when appropriate, we will move them to the correct forum topic so that they get the right attention they deserve. The IdeaStation is growing rapidly, and in order for the process to scale and stay effective we will be rolling out a few more changes soon &#8211; stay tuned.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I hope this post gave your more clarity on where to get better help and support.
