Once checked and applied, the Tool Orientation check box will appear. Keep in mind, this is still preview functionality, a time may come where additional costs will be associated with using this permanently. These materials include Imperial and metric versions of aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, high+low carbon steel, stainless steel, and titanium. Awww yeah. You can thank CJ, our machining expert at Pier 9, for creating the tools. Not even <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/2016\/05\/08\/477257970\/is-klingon-a-living-language-thats-for-human-courts-to-decide\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klingons<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can read it. Because why not? <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Fusion 360 mobile App on iOS updated<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also updated the Fusion mobile app yesterday to version 1.9. This update includes improvements in 5 areas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2584\" src=\"http:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Akr2ETC-Imgur.gif\" alt=\"Akr2ETC - Imgur\" width=\"718\" height=\"404\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can now measure area and angle between points in your 2D drawings of your 3D Fusion designs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2587\" src=\"http:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bx2BmUV-Imgur.gif\" alt=\"bx2BmUV - Imgur\" width=\"404\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change the focal length (in perspective view) by swiping 3 fingers up and down your screen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2590\" src=\"http:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/aWsBGd5-Imgur.gif\" alt=\"aWsBGd5 - Imgur\" width=\"404\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rotate the animation for 2 finger gestures. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>Animations no longer play automatically when they are loaded, and once it is playing, you can pause it by just tapping the screen.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve also updated the animation environment and lighting so that it is consistent with the model viewer environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this update out the door, we are projecting that the next one is going to be beefier. And as per our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/fusion-360-product-roadmap\/roadmap-check-in-may-2016\/ba-p\/6323238\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">roadmap check-in post<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> suggested, the June 22 update will include some long-awaited features in 2D drawings such auto-populate title-block, logo-insert, multi-asset support, and more. Other enhancements in modeling, sketching, data &amp; collaboration, and API will also be included.
