The limit applies to how many&nbsp;documents are \u201cEditable\u201d&nbsp;at the same time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to all the questions around how the experience would play out, we made a detailed blog post explaining what to expect, describing everything around&nbsp;what\u2019s&nbsp;new, what the interactions will be, to how you can manage your documents.&nbsp;If this change affects you, be sure to check out the blog post for details.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/the-10-document-limit-for-personal-use-explained-in-7-steps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"837\" height=\"271\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16753\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-3.png 837w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-3-300x97.png 300w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-3-768x249.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 837px) 100vw, 837px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/the-10-document-limit-for-personal-use-explained-in-7-steps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learn more about the 10 Document Limit<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"usabilitynbsp\"><strong>Usability<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We fixed an issue where Fusion 360&nbsp;inexplicably crashed&nbsp;on&nbsp;startup&nbsp;after changing the language setting to German.&nbsp;<em>Das tut mir leid!<\/em>&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you belong to&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;team hubs&nbsp;with a large&nbsp;amount&nbsp;of projects&nbsp;and were switching between them, there was an elusive issue that caused Fusion 360 to crash if you were switching between them multiple times.&nbsp;We dug into this and have resolved the issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/user\/viewprofilepage\/user-id\/8595840\" target=\"_blank\">LarsFi<\/a>&nbsp;and a few other folks reported on the forum that they came across an issue where Fusion 360 told them that they no longer had&nbsp;permission to save their own documents.&nbsp;Apparently&nbsp;Fusion 360 got confused didn\u2019t allow them to save due to the&nbsp;permissions warning.&nbsp;Sorry about that \u2013 this is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Some Fusion Team Error messages that appeared in the new Notification Center had some wonky text formatting where URLs and spaces were missing. Now these messages are formatted correctly.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Another case of the disappearing weblinks was found in the Job Status &gt; Action column. Turns out that&nbsp;the results of completed&nbsp;Simulation studies&nbsp;lost their links to the web viewer. Now Results are clickable again.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"graphicsnbsp\"><strong>Graphics<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We fixed an issue related to DirectX 9 where Fusion 360 became unresponsive if you had put your computer to sleep (or locking the screen) and&nbsp;came back to it after you&nbsp;woke&nbsp;up your machine. Looks like Fusion 360 was trying to snooze just a bit longer, and we weren\u2019t having it. Now&nbsp;if you&nbsp;went&nbsp;back to it after waking your machine, it should work without&nbsp;issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>In the previous version, the&nbsp;IsoCurve&nbsp;Analysis tool was missing its command icon in the toolbar on macOS machines and had some wonky UI formatting in the command dialog as well as the analysis appearing in the wrong place (away from the actual model).&nbsp;These issues are now all fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"electronicsnbsp\"><strong>Electronics<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"221\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-300x65.png 300w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/products\/fusion-360\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-768x166.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Reset Grid options for Electronics in your Preferences was confusing some of you.&nbsp;We realized that the options should say \u201cReset Grid to Default when&#8230;\u201d instead of \u201cReset Grid to Default on&#8230;\u201d. Now&nbsp;it&nbsp;reads&nbsp;better.&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/user\/viewprofilepage\/user-id\/5226267\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rbeyerCLBSZ<\/a>&nbsp;reported to us that the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/fusion-360-electronics\/meander-tool-doesn-t-show-trace-length-for-any-traces\/m-p\/9918276\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Meander tool doesn&#8217;t show trace length for any traces.<\/a>&nbsp;As we dug into this, we also noticed that the meander result did always follow up with the mouse cursor, and sometimes got lost if you moved the mouse for a while in the 2D PCB editor.&nbsp;We\u2019re happy to report that this is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/user\/viewprofilepage\/user-id\/4398787\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sn2010<\/a>&nbsp;told us that the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/fusion-360-electronics\/context-menu-for-labels-disappeared-after-update-to-2-0-9636\/m-p\/10019593#M4095\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Label dialog was not showing up<\/a>&nbsp;when he activated the Label command on his 2D&nbsp;schematic. Sorry about that \u2013 this is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"manufacturenbspnbsp\"><strong>Manufacture<\/strong><strong> <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>When you&nbsp;tried&nbsp;to post&nbsp;to a specific destination on your computer, the&nbsp;&#8220;Select output folder&#8221; dialog won&#8217;t pop up when post processing with a cache post.&nbsp;Also, this&nbsp;skipped the file over-write warning and directly overwrote the file with the same name. That\u2019s&nbsp;pretty annoying; this is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>We fixed another post processing issue where Post processing from NC program did not include the machine information to the output code, even though the machine is selected in the setup being posted.&nbsp;<\/li><li>We noticed an issue where Fusion 360 will occasionally become unstable when you switch from the Design workspace to the Manufacture workspace after you deleted a component in the&nbsp;Design workspace.&nbsp;Now Fusion 360 will no longer crash when you switch from one workspace to the other after deleting components.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>We fixed a crash issue stemmed from a certain \u201csimulation-ready\u201d machine design being imported into the Fusion 360 machine library and used in a setup.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>When you&nbsp;associated&nbsp;a named view to an operation, you should also be able to remove that association by right-clicking on the operation and selecting Associate Named View &gt; Remove Association.&nbsp;We ran into some issues with this workflow, but now it should work fine.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Fusion 360 crashed when you selected either the Yes or No button in the \u201cProceed\u201d warning messaging after you changed the value of the max extruder option&nbsp;and decided to cancel the change. We\u2019ve resolved this issue and now Fusion 360 will no longer crash.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>There&nbsp;were UI inconsistencies in the FFF print settings dialog where the direction of the menu expand&nbsp;arrow was incorrect, and the extruder parameter names&nbsp;were greyed out for some weird reason.&nbsp;This is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you created a setup, selected a machine in the Machine library, re-opened the setup dialog, deleted the selected machine but canceled the action, Fusion 360 got confused and went ahead to remove the machine as if you selected OK. Now the selected machine&nbsp;will&nbsp;remain selected if you&nbsp;canceled&nbsp;the action as it should.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>We noticed a few of you have been experiencing crashes when working with FFF setups, activating a FFF setup, clicking on the SLM setup, and then clicking on the FFF infill command.&nbsp;A&nbsp;error message will pop-up, and when closing it, Fusion 360 would crash. Sorry about that; this is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you didn\u2019t have the Post Process with NC Program Preview,&nbsp;opened a NC Post configuration dialog&nbsp;and selected either \u201cTurning\u201d or \u201cMill\/turn\u201d option the Capabilities drop-down menu, Fusion&nbsp;360 didn\u2019t know how to handle itself and got all hung up. This is now fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>There was a copy-and-paste error where if you tried to copy a machine from one of&nbsp;you&nbsp;setups in the machine library document folder and then pasted it into&nbsp;another local\/cloud folder, a \u201cCannot save machine file, file already exists\u201d error message popped up. A pesky bug was preventing the copy-and-paste&nbsp;to&nbsp;happen&nbsp;correctly, so we&nbsp;squashed it and now it works fine.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"apinbsp\"><strong>API<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/user\/viewprofilepage\/user-id\/4379367\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rolandas.vegis<\/a>&nbsp;told us that the&nbsp;Extrude&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forums.autodesk.com\/t5\/fusion-360-api-and-scripts\/extrude-negativeextentdirection-stopped-working\/td-p\/10027904\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NegativeExtentDirection<\/a>&nbsp;API stopped working.
