En d\u00e9cembre\u202f2024, le laboratoire a publi\u00e9 un article intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u202fOptimisation de la structure des engrenages des moteurs diesel \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative\u202f\u00bb, qui pr\u00e9sente une solution r\u00e9volutionnaire au bruit de cliquetis des engrenages (le bruit caract\u00e9ristique du \u00ab\u202fclaquement des dents\u202f\u00bb qui se produit lors des fluctuations et de l\u2019inversion du couple) g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le moteur du\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.isuzu.co.jp\/product\/elf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">camion l\u00e9ger \u00ab\u202fELF\u202f\u00bb<\/a>. Leur approche consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un nouvel engrenage nettement plus l\u00e9ger.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"repondre-aux-exigences-croissantes-grace-a-lautomatisation-de-la-conceptionnbsp\"><strong>R\u00e9pondre aux exigences croissantes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation de la conception<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202fLes automobiles ont d\u2019innombrables composants, et il y a maintenant d\u2019autres facteurs \u00e0 prendre en compte, tels que l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s pour parvenir \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie circulaire\u202f\u00bb, explique&nbsp;Seiya&nbsp;Yamagishi, chercheur en chef au laboratoire de recherche\u202fISUZU. \u00ab\u202fPour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 diverses demandes sociales et r\u00e9glementations, nous avons besoin d\u2019outils qui permettent une exploration approfondie. Un engrenage \u00e0 ciseaux (deux engrenages qui se chevauchent reli\u00e9s par des ressorts) r\u00e9duit le bruit de cliquetis en prenant en sandwich l\u2019engrenage d\u2019accouplement. Elle offre ainsi des solutions cr\u00e9atives que les concepteurs n\u2019auraient probablement jamais imagin\u00e9es. \u00ab\u202fIl n\u2019existait pas d\u2019exemples d\u2019application de la conception g\u00e9n\u00e9rative aux engrenages, mais apr\u00e8s avoir consult\u00e9 Autodesk, nous avons appris que c\u2019\u00e9tait faisable en sp\u00e9cifiant des charges de surface\u202f\u00bb, se souvient&nbsp;Seiya&nbsp;Yamagishi. La prise en compte de la fabricabilit\u00e9 au stade du prototype a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un avantage majeur\u202f\u00bb, explique&nbsp;Seiya&nbsp;Yamagishi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seiya&nbsp;Yamagishi&nbsp;se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 une production de masse. \u00ab\u202fLes v\u00e9hicules utilitaires sont utilis\u00e9s depuis assez longtemps, et ils n\u00e9cessitent des tests \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle pour maintenir le moteur en marche. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 sa propre exp\u00e9rience,&nbsp;Seiya&nbsp;Yamagishi&nbsp;note\u202f: \u00ab\u202fQuand j\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 et plus tard en laboratoire, l\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait qu\u2019il suffisait de ma\u00eetriser profond\u00e9ment un domaine.
