Vous programmez ces commandes dans Fusion\u00a0360 afin d\u2019indiquer \u00e0 la machine comment effectuer la d\u00e9coupe une pi\u00e8ce. Nous devons ensuite programmer la vitesse afin d\u2019indiquer \u00e0 la machine \u00e0 quelle vitesse faire pivoter la broche. Lorsque nous saisissons <strong>S1000\u00a0M03<\/strong> et que nous appuyons sur <strong>D\u00e9marrage du cycle<\/strong>, la machine active la broche \u00e0 1\u00a0000\u00a0tours par minute\u00a0(tr\/min). Dans le mode\u00a0<strong>MDI (Manual Data Input)<\/strong> de Fusion\u00a0360, vous pouvez activer le syst\u00e8me de coordonn\u00e9es\u00a0G54. Si nous saisissons\u00a0<strong>G0 (G\u00a0z\u00e9ro)<\/strong> sur le contr\u00f4leur, la machine se d\u00e9place le plus rapidement possible vers un point connu. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle un mouvement rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons programmer la machine de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle se d\u00e9place le plus vite possible vers des coordonn\u00e9es de travail sp\u00e9cifiques (X0, Y0, par exemple) en saisissant <strong>G0\u00a0X0\u00a0Y0<\/strong> (G\u00a0z\u00e9ro X\u00a0z\u00e9ro Y\u00a0z\u00e9ro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le voir, le code\u00a0CN est essentiel pour indiquer \u00e0 une machine\u00a0CNC o\u00f9 et comment se d\u00e9placer.
