Il offrait davantage de possibilit\u00e9s encore aux utilisateurs avanc\u00e9s ma\u00eetrisant ses m\u00e9thodologies. Nous avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la conception m\u00e9canique et \u00e9lectronique comme cela n\u2019avait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 fait auparavant, mais nous ne nous sommes pas arr\u00eat\u00e9s en si bonne voie. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, notre objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019int\u00e9grer tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la fabrication de produits. Nous n\u2019avons pas nomm\u00e9 le logiciel \u00ab&nbsp;Fusion&nbsp;\u00bb par hasard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 de r\u00e9unir les solutions d\u2019Autodesk utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du processus de conception et de fabrication. Le logiciel que nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 vous permet de r\u00e9aliser toutes les \u00e9tapes de fa\u00e7on optimale. Gr\u00e2ce aux fonctionnalit\u00e9s de fabrication de Fusion\u00a0360, vous pouvez cr\u00e9er des pi\u00e8ces et des assemblages, simuler des trajectoires d\u2019outil et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du code pour les machines\u00a0CNC. Le premier est une solution ponctuelle, tandis que l\u2019autre couvre le workflow des ing\u00e9nieurs de bout en bout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous concevez un circuit imprim\u00e9, vous souhaitez programmer, effectuer des tests et valider le circuit imprim\u00e9. Certaines de ces op\u00e9rations sont effectu\u00e9es au stade de la conception et sont pr\u00e9paratoires. Un v\u00e9ritable produit requiert d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments, dont les nombreux dispositifs pour installer la carte, le bo\u00eetier de test qui peut \u00eatre imprim\u00e9 en&nbsp;3D ou encore les innombrables documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes conscients que les cartes nues et les circuits imprim\u00e9s assembl\u00e9s sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de nomenclature qui font partie int\u00e9grante des protocoles. Par ailleurs, les estimations de prix vont bien au-del\u00e0 du workflow de conception de circuits imprim\u00e9s. Pourtant, nous devions aider nos utilisateurs \u00e0 relever leurs d\u00e9fis pour respecter notre engagement. Lorsque vous nous adressez une demande, notre \u00e9quipe \u00e9tudie la question afin d\u2019en savoir plus sur les causes et les changements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas du routage, la raison de la demande \u00e9tait \u00e9vidente. Les circuits imprim\u00e9s sont devenus plus complexes et nous devions traiter cette probl\u00e9matique en renfor\u00e7ant le routage. C\u2019est d\u00e9sormais chose faite. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une simple am\u00e9lioration. En revanche, l\u2019ajout du format\u00a0ODB++ illustre le besoin d\u2019une solution compl\u00e8te de conception et de fabrication de produits. ODB++ ou IPC2581, qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un \u00ab\u00a0format de fichier de fabrication complet contenant l\u2019ensemble des informations de fabrication\u00a0\u00bb, met en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment, de mettre \u00e0 jour chaque version de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment et d\u2019assurer la pr\u00e9cision de chaque sortie.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"questce-quautodesk%25c2%25a0fusion%25c2%25a0360%25c2%25a0\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019Autodesk\u00a0Fusion\u00a0360\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Fusion\u00a0360 est une application cloud qui optimise la collaboration et le partage des donn\u00e9es. Les mod\u00e8les \u00e9taient stock\u00e9s dans des fichiers et des dossiers, et les conversions de la&nbsp;2D \u00e0 la&nbsp;3D n\u00e9cessitaient une attention constante et \u00e9taient source d\u2019erreurs. En outre, les dessins m\u00e9caniques, la cotation, l\u2019associativit\u00e9 et la mise \u00e0 jour rapide des conceptions m\u00e9caniques \u00e9taient infiniment plus compliqu\u00e9es en raison de la disponibilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e des mod\u00e8les&nbsp;3D de composants \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En se basant sur les commentaires des utilisateurs, notre \u00e9quipe a commenc\u00e9 par mettre en \u0153uvre la synchronisation entre Fusion\u00a0360 et EAGLE en utilisant un format m\u00e9canique natif. Nous avons ensuite cr\u00e9\u00e9 des biblioth\u00e8ques g\u00e9r\u00e9es et le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de packages afin de r\u00e9unir la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019empreintes conformes \u00e0 la norme\u00a0IPC et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration automatis\u00e9e de mod\u00e8les\u00a03D. Les annotations permettent aux utilisateurs de Fusion de signaler des points de test sp\u00e9cifiques ou de compiler des notes pour les intervenants qui travaillent dans l\u2019atelier de production. Les utilisateurs peuvent partager un document, mais aussi contr\u00f4ler l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 celui-ci en d\u00e9finissant des autorisations d\u2019acc\u00e8s en lecture ou en \u00e9criture au niveau des \u00e9quipes et des dossiers.
