Mountainbikes k\u00f6nnen teuer sein, aber adaptive Mountainbikes sind \u201es\u00fcndhaft teuer\u201c, und zudem sind sie oft schwer zu reparieren, meint Joyce. Er hatte also keine Wahl. Er musste sein eigenes Bike f\u00fcr Rollstuhlfahrer entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"neuentwicklung-eines-bikes-mit-autodesk-fusion\">Neuentwicklung eines Bikes mit Autodesk Fusion<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com\/de\/products\/fusion-360\/overview?mktvar002=4333583001|ORG&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=other&amp;utm_campaign=4333583dmblogf360&amp;utm_id=4333583001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Autodesk Fusion<\/a> entwickelte Joyce eine v\u00f6llig neue Art der adaptiven Open-Source-Konstruktion von Mountainbikes, die er <a href=\"https:\/\/projectmjolnir.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Projekt Mjolnir<\/a> nannte. Geschafft haben sie es in knapp 10 Monaten. Ein weiterer Meilenstein war die erste Fahrt eines adaptiven Mountainbikes in New York City, das die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/html\/dot\/html\/infrastructure\/brooklyn-bridge.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brooklyn Bridge<\/a> \u00fcberquerte, gefolgt von einer Fahrt innerhalb der Stadt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"die-naechsten-schritte\">Die n\u00e4chsten Schritte<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt Mjolnir setzt sich weiterhin neue, ehrgeizige Ziele, darunter die Erforschung des generativen Designs. An der NYU Shanghai f\u00fchrte das Team erfolgreich ein Build-Event mit einer Gruppe von Fahrern durch, die das Bike anschlie\u00dfend in der Mongolei testeten. Mit dem Sponsoring und dem Engagement von Radsportverb\u00e4nden wird das Team f\u00fcr jeden \u00f6ffentlichen Trailhead des Landes ein Bike bauen. An anderen Standorten weltweit wird ebenfalls gearbeitet, und das Team plant, in diesem Jahr bis zu 15 Bikes zu bauen, um mehr Menschen den Einstieg in den Sport des adaptiven Mountainbikens zu erleichtern und ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, eigene Bikes zu entwickeln, zu bauen und zu fahren. All dies beginnt mit einer Autodesk Fusion-Datei, die vom Team generiert wird, w\u00e4hrend es herumexperimentiert und neue Ideen entwickelt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDas Projekt Mjolnir ist sehr vielf\u00e4ltig\u201c, meint Joyce. \u201eEs geht um Bildung und Weiterentwicklung. Und vor allem geht es um Inklusion. Und darum, etwas bislang Unerreichbares f\u00fcr mehr Menschen zug\u00e4nglich zu machen.
