Happy new year everyone! We hope you all had a terrific holiday break. A few of us here in Portland, Oregon had a pretty exciting December. We finished up our UAV crowd source challenge with ADX Portland and Fusion 360 community member Stan Hisel. Two teams participated in a one-week challenge to design small, inexpensive, fixed wing unmanned aerial vehicles with the purpose of surveying wildlife preserves to help prevent poaching. We’re really excited to share with you how it went!
Happy Holidays Everyone!
Just like your favorite uncle who always gives you the best presents, the Fusion team has been busy in the workshop creating what you told us you want! (Even if it’s going to arrive just a tad AFTER Christmas). In our next online Fusion 360 Hangout (Holiday Edition) Garin and Charles will be showing off some of the stuff going into our upcoming Beta release. (Keqing will be posting a blog in the near future about just what the beta release is. Stay tuned). Then, we’ve got a new hangout schedule proposed and we’d like your thoughts and proposed tweaks. Then, we’re starting up our holiday festivities with Tanner, our new Fusion Evangelist!
We’ll see you:

(If you’ve already registered for the hangouts, no worries it’s in our usual place.)
Hello everyone. The Fusion design team has been busy investigating ways to improve the collaborative elements of Fusion. We’d love to show you some of the concepts we’ve developed and get your feedback and improvement suggestions. Please join us NEXT Tuesday 11/26 at 11AM Pacific where the design and user experience team will present ideas they have developed to improve the dashboard and file management parts of Fusion 360.

Also, this hangout will be in place of the regularly scheduled hangout that would have been on Dec 3. We will not be having that (12/3) session because much of the Fusion team (and a lot of you too!) will be at I3D in Las Vegas.
