Andrea Blum is a journalist, chef and food entrepreneur. She the founder of the national food project, “My American Pantry”: a photo and food atlas of American artisans. Her free time is often spent hunting and gathering in the woods and exploring the cooking and culture of the edible world, with mothers, grandmothers, master cheese makers, and the like. She is currently the culinary director of Bloomfield Farms in Sonoma County.
