As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, the health, safety, and well-being of all attendees remains our top priority. While we are pleased to offer an in-person attendance option for US Educator Summer School, or the “Event”, all in-person attendees must comply with our COVID-19 protocols, which are subject to change at Autodesk’s discretion, and include the following:
Vaccination/COVID-19 Test Exceptions: Event guests, speakers and other attendees must either:
- Have received their primary series COVID-19 vaccination (meaning someone has had both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine (mixed-use series if recognized by local government is acceptable) or one dose of a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine) against COVID-19; OR
- Comply with testing requirements outlined below.
COVID-19 Testing Protocols: COVID-19 testing requirements and recommendations are outlined below. Please note, it is the attendee’s responsibility to cover the cost of the antigen testing required to attend the event.
Unvaccinated: Attendees who have not had their primary series COVID-19 vaccination are required to antigen test the first day before participating at the event. Subsequent daily testing is required before participating in the day’s events. Results do not need to be reported or collected unless there is a positive result.
Vaccinated: COVID-19 testing is recommended, but not required. We recommend vaccinated attendees antigen test on the first day before participating at the event and again 48 hours later. Results do not need to be reported or collected unless there is a positive result.
Face Coverings: At this time, face coverings are not required for attendees. However, please wear a face covering if you are more comfortable doing so.
Failure to Comply with Protocols: Failure to comply with any applicable COVID-19 protocols at the event may result in denial of entry, or removal from the event, and may be subject to other consequences.
Additional Information: Attendees can consult the CDC website or Travel.State.gov if they have questions. For any further questions on COVID-19, please contact Ben Brasch (ben.brasch@autodesk.com).
