Page Setups (this month\u2019s topic) was inspired by some of the feedback that has been received.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"autocad-page-setups\">AutoCAD Page Setups<\/h2>\n<p>Have you ever needed to change your plot settings as a project progressed or wanted to enforce the use of specific plot settings each time a layout is output? For example, maybe you change your plot settings to output all layouts to fit on an 11&#215;17 tabloid-size paper for an internal review cycle and then later change your plot settings again to output all layouts at full scale.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7545\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com/blogs\/autocad\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2020\/04\/have-you-tried-page-setups_dveqi3.png\" alt=\"Have You Tried: AutoCAD Page Setups\" width=\"374\" height=\"358\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autodesk.com/blogs\/autocad\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2020\/04\/have-you-tried-page-setups_dveqi3.png 486w, https:\/\/www.autodesk.com/blogs\/autocad\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2020\/04\/have-you-tried-page-setups_dveqi3-300x287.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 374px) 100vw, 374px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If those situations sound familiar or others come to mind, saving and restoring your plot settings with page setups will make managing and switching between plotting different areas or to different output devices more efficient. Once a page setup has been saved, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply all associated plot settings to multiple layouts in a drawing<\/li>\n<li>Import a page setup and its plot settings into another drawing<\/li>\n<li>Override the plot settings assigned to a layout when publishing multiple layouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can learn how to create and import page setups by following the step-by-step examples in the <a href=\"http:\/\/help.autodesk.com\/view\/ACD\/2018\/ENU\/?guid=GUID-AD77C304-90AC-43E2-8380-434FFEF7C4D7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Have You Tried: Page Setups<\/a> topic.<\/p>\n<p>Missed one of the previous <em>Have You Tried<\/em> features?
