Information is the most important part when we are using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology, and the adoption of the methodology in rail and road projects is a great challenge, either due to the size of the projects or the volume of data manipulated, in this session, we will present how was the implementation of the 4D (construction schedule) methodology in a large company for railway and highways projects, with the benefit of the Advanced Working Packing (AWP) agile methodology, we will present a successful project in the railway sector, workflows, essential team training, challenges faced during the implementation, software used and the next steps for the sector.
