Uwe Wassermann

Director, AEC Global Business Development, Autodesk

Uwe Wassermann has been working at Autodesk since 2007 in various strategic positions, currently Director of AEC Business Development and Named Account Marketing worldwide. Integrating the Business and Strategy Marketing division, Uwe Wassermann leads a group of highly experienced globally distributed professionals, who are responsible for accelerating and transforming the AEC business worldwide. Prior to joining Autodesk, Uwe Wassermann worked at Nemetschek AG in various positions, including five years as CAO, Executive officer and Member of the Board. Mr. Wassermann holds a diploma degree Structural/Civil Engineering from University AS in Munich. After starting his career in structural engineering, he decided to move to the AEC software industry in 1988. In addition, Uwe Wassermann is active in various industry associations and is a member of the Advisory Board of German chapter of buildingSMART.

Ramtin Attar

Head of Technology Pathfinding and Strategic Institutional Relations, Autodesk

Ramtin is the Head of Technology Pathfinding & Strategic Relations at Autodesk; with over 13+ years of experience in developing transformative technologies, leading complex business initiatives and building innovation ecosystems. Previously, Ramtin worked as a Sr. Principal Research Scientist for over 8 years at Autodesk Research where he also led the strategic vision, implementation and operation of Autodesk Technology Centre in Canada. Ramtin holds an honorary research professorship at Carleton University and has received various awards including the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s Gold Medal and Grand Prize from Association of Computer Aided Design in Architecture( ACADIA).

An integrative thinker, city builder and mission-driven leader, Ramtin has a strong track record in spanning multiple domains of real estate, construction, architecture, and advanced manufacturing while working at the cutting edge of emerging technologies: AI, IoT, Automation, Simulation, Digital Fabrication, and Digital Twins. Ramtin is a DiverseCity Fellow alumnus: The Greater Toronto Rising Leaders Project funded by the Government of Ontario. As a passionate city-builder, he also holds several advisory roles at Google Sidewalk Labs, City of Toronto Economic Development & Culture, and Toronto Public Library.

Walter Dopplmair

VP, EMEA Territory Sales, Autodesk

Walter is responsible for the EMEA Territory Sales organization, which includes territory sales, channel and technical teams across all industries in Europe, Middle East and Africa – Autodesk’s largest business geography.

Prior to his current role, Walter led the EMEA mature Partner Management organization through an extensive period of business model transformation, moving from perpetual, on-premise solutions to a recurring subscription model. A bold innovator, he successfully executed an ambitious plan to restructure his organization, to align with the evolving demands of the business. He created a hub-based inside Partner Management organization and introduced Partner Consultants to drive accelerated channel growth.

Walter previously held several leadership roles within the Autodesk Channel organization in DACH, Eastern Europe, Italy and Iberia, including the management of the Manufacturing Channel in Central Europe, a region recognized as one of the world’s largest manufacturing markets.

Ron Locklin

Director, Forge Strategy & Marketing, Autodesk

As Director, Forge Strategy & Marketing, Ron is responsible for the global business management for the Autodesk Cloud Platform (Forge), including strategy, pricing, packaging, partner strategy, sales enablement, and marketing.

Ron has deep global experience in product management, product and industry marketing in engineering/design software (PLM, CAD, IoT, technical computing) and enterprise software (BPM, content management).

Ron joined Autodesk in 2012 and was responsible for the “go to market” function for Autodesk’s enterprise solutions business in manufacturing (PLM and data management, Configure One, and IoT) globally through December 2016. This role included product/technical marketing, pricing, packaging, channel strategy, business expansion, and sales enablement.

Ron is also an adjunct faculty member at Boston University, specializing in instructing students the academic and practical aspects of international business as well as managerial decision-making.

Mohammad Saleh

Regional Manager, Middle East, Autodesk

With more than 15 years’ business development experience in engineering and enterprise IT sectors, Mohammad leads the Country Management for Autodesk Middle East, responsible for the development of both sales and local business partners throughout the Gulf and Levant regions. A Canadian national and McGill University graduate from Montreal, Mohammad’s expertise gained from his time in Canada with the world’s largest oilfield services company, Schlumberger, to his tenure in Kuwait with Cisco Systems, Mohammad brings a unique global perspective to Middle Eastern organizations looking to implement best practice in their project workflows.
