Billy Beane

Executive VP of Baseball Operations, Oakland Athletics Baseball and Subject of "Moneyball"

Considered one of the most progressive and talented baseball executives in the game today, Billy Beane has molded the Oakland Athletics into one of professional baseball’s most consistent winners. Beane shattered traditional MLB beliefs that big payrolls equated wins by implementing a statistical methodology now known as the "Moneyball" philosophy. Jenny Moshea

Head of Technology, Sellen Construction

As a top executive, Jenny is the head of Technology for Sellen Construction, the largest commercial builder in Seattle. She leads the enterprise technology roadmap and strategy execution encompassing everything from construction lifecycle technologies, end user training, and emerging technology to network infrastructure, operations, and cyber security. As a business-focused technology leader with infectious energy and enthusiasm Jenny thrives on applying innovation that allows for flexibility and adaptability while driving results. With more than 20 years as a technology leader, she applies a creative mindset to deliver better experiences for people across a variety of industries. Jenny has been at the forefront of encouraging new industry collaborations with a variety of industry partners. Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in Public & Environmental Affairs from Indiana University - Bloomington and is an active career mentor. She is the Vice President of a national Construction Technology User Group and is involved in several construction technology and executive peer groups. She serves on the Board of Directors and is the Auction Chair for Imagine Housing, which provides development, construction, and wrap-around services for affordable housing on the Seattle Eastside to foster interconnected and welcoming communities. Jenny loves to travel and enjoys adventures with her husband and three children along with golfing, biking, ballet, and coaching Little League baseball.

Simon Tritschler

Technical Deployment Specialist, BAM Contractors

Simon is BAM Ireland’s Digital Technical Deployment Specialist and product owner for the Autodesk B360 suite. A Land Surveyor by profession, during his 25+ years in the construction industry he has worked as a consultant, trainer and team manager on projects across the EU and Middle East. While responsible for the deployment and adoption of the B360 suite, he is also a key advocate and speaker on the adoption of digital technologies and Lean culture. Simon has a successful track record for building high performance agile teams that operate in high stress environments and deliver world class results.

Michael Murphy

Digital Construction Operations Manager, BAM Contractors

Michael is BAM Ireland’s Digital Construction Operations Manager and has over 22 years’ experience working in the International Construction Industry. He has responsibility for the enablement/delivery of Digital Construction including; Training of Specialist Staff, BIM, Data Management, Mobile Digital, Business Intelligence, Lean Construction and BAM’s Uniform Project Approach. Michael is also responsible for the development of BAM’s Supply Chain in the area of advancing technologies. Michael has expertise in the development of high performance and dynamic teams, utilising methodologies such as Scrum and Lean Construction to better enable teams in delivering against tight resolutions times.

Jim Lynch

Vice President & General Manager, Autodesk Construction Solutions

As vice president and general manager of Autodesk Construction Solutions, Jim Lynch leads Autodesk’s efforts to create and deliver products and services that accelerate the construction industry’s transformation from analog-based processes to digital workflows. Jim manages all aspects of business operations within Autodesk Construction Solutions, including product design and development, marketing, sales, and customer success. Jim and his team are focused on delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions to help the global construction industry reduce risk and increase margins using Autodesk construction products. Previously, Jim served as the company’s vice president of the Construction Product Group. In his 20+ year tenure at Autodesk, Jim has held a number of key leadership roles in AEC product development, product management, and marketing efforts. He was a key contributor in scaling Revit into one of Autodesk’s flagship products and establishing BIM as an industry standard. As a 30-year veteran of the CAD industry, Jim has served in a variety of senior management roles in the AEC, manufacturing, and electronic design automation industries. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College.

Stephanie Ho

Global Head of Customer Success, Autodesk Construction Solutions

Stephanie leads the customer success organization for ACS, where is she is focused on advancing customer support, engagement and retention for products including Assemble, BuildingConnected, PlanGrid and BIM 360. She was previously the vice president of customer success at BuildingConnected and spent five years at Zenefits, advancing from director of business development to the vice president of customer success for the HR SaaS company. Prior to Zenefits, was SVP of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives at Senare, where she drove new growth initiatives designed to improve the health of people living with diabetes while reducing the cost of their medical care. Stephanie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an undergraduate degree in management from Stanford University.
