CAD and BIM have long served as the foundational design and construction documentation —but their utility often ends at project handoff. What if it didn’t? Indoor GIS is a floor-aware system of record for visualizing, analyzing, and managing facilities and collection of buildings. This session will demonstrate how to extend the life of CAD and BIM data into an indoor GIS, and empower CAD, BIM and GIS practitioners to build a Digital Workplace for building operations. Learn about the role of CAD and BIM integrations with GIS to fuel these workflows. See how to import design data into ArcGIS Indoors to map assets and manage spaces, enable real-time navigation with ArcGIS IPS, and equip facilities’ staff with mobile tools for asset inspections and maintenance. Whether new to GIS or looking to modernize facility operations workflows, this session provides you with guidance and examples to convert CAD and BIM data into Digital Workplaces that support asset and space management.

Design and Make teams are under pressure to deliver more-complex projects, faster, from anywhere. In this session, a frontline super-user from industry joins Intel to show how Autodesk Fusion, AutoCAD, and Revit come together on slim mobile workstations powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and Intel Arc B390 graphics to meet that challenge. You'll see how the speaker's organization moved from traditional, desk-bound workflows to a flexible, AI enabled setup that keeps designers, engineers, and BIM teams productive whether they're in the office, on the shop floor, or on the jobsite. Revit drives rich intelligent models and documentation. AutoCAD handles detailed 2D and 3D work that still anchors many projects. Autodesk Fusion connects design, generative exploration, and manufacturing in a single environment. All of it runs on slim, professional mobile workstations with integrated Intel Arc graphics and on-device AI acceleration without sacrificing performance or reliability.

This session explains how Lantis client of a 10 billion infraproject prepares a seamless and data-rich handover from construction to operations and maintenance (O&M) by combining Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Datum, the Autodesk Data Model, and Autodesk Tandem software. Discover how structured asset requirements, Autodesk Form-based data validation, automated property mapping, and federated model workflows ensure consistent, complete, and BIM-to-O&M-ready information. Investing in asset lifecycle management has a potential ROI of 40.74 million. Learn how Lantis uses open standards, QA/QC automation, and twin-based asset structuring to transition thousands of deliverables into a usable digital twin ecosystem that supports long-term maintenance, inspection, and operations.

Our session will show how Autodesk Forma was implemented and governed on a live health care project, adapting workflows to project-specific needs. We will demonstrate the application of standards during active delivery to maintain consistency and data integrity while teams adopt the platform and evolve digital practices in real time. You'll learn how collaboration was structured across Autodesk, construction technology, operations, and BIM by deploying two Autodesk Forma Build projects to separate design coordination from construction execution, alongside targeted training. We'll also cover license provisioning, role-based access, content ownership alignment, and Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights for better decisions.

This fast-paced, story-driven session will reveal how CADD managers across industries are shedding the 'CAD cop' stereotype and emerging as influential technology leaders who shape business outcomes. You'll hear examples of teams that moved from reactive chaos to confident, future-focused momentum by redefining the role and embracing disruption. If you're ready to elevate your impact and lead your organization through digital change with clarity and confidence, this session will show you exactly what's possible and what belongs in your upgraded bag.

Utilities managing combined sewer systems are increasingly challenged to reduce overflow events while controlling capital costs. This presentation highlights how the InfoWorks ICM hydraulic model was used as the foundation for advanced system optimization in the SUEZ SEVESC wastewater network in the western suburbs of Paris. The calibrated InfoWorks ICM model enabled detailed simulation of network performance across a range of storm events, forming the analytical backbone for decision-making. Building on this, Optimizer (by Optimatics) was integrated to systematically evaluate thousands of operational and infrastructure scenarios, including regulator settings, pump operations, and real-time control (RTC) strategies.

Large Inventor iLogic environments often suffer from duplicated code, fragile 'Call External Rule' workflows, and rules that become difficult to maintain as teams grow. This session will share a production-tested approach for building a centralized iLogic function library that behaves like native Inventor functionality. You will learn how to structure reusable VB-based subroutines, enable IntelliSense across internal and external rules, and apply versioning and governance patterns that allow automation to scale safely. You'll see real-world examples that show how this approach reduced duplication, improved consistency, and accelerated engineer-to-order development in Inventor.

All you did was click 'Open' Now your fans are spinning at Mach 3D, and if your laptop were slightly more aerodynamic, it would likely defenestrate itself. Your Civil 3D project didn't slow down on its own. It was sinned against. None of it felt wrong at the time. Seven structural decisions are buried in your data management, file setup, and modeling workflows that Civil 3D punishes quietly and without warning until your 13-minute regen hits 42 minutes and sincity.dwg is due tomorrow. Donnie Gladfelter, Autodesk Expert Elite and AU Top Speaker, names the sins, earns each one its absolution and sends you home with a project built the way Civil 3D actually wants to work. From first alignment to final handoff. Your laptop will thank you.

With today's AI tools, science fiction truly meets reality. We can all have a handy 'droid' by our side. But instead of calling it Siri, Claude, or Gemini, we can call it: C3PO! Can Autodesk Assistant for Revit tell you the odds of outrunning an Imperial Star Destroyer? Perhaps not. But it can tell you how many chairs are in an auditorium or the size of a room, or it can even create a floor plan and apply a view template. Want advice on what kind of space to put in an empty retail unit? It can do that, but don't ask it to draw the layout that's on you! In this lab, we'll explore this new tool that brings AI directly into your Revit workspace. And if you want to call it by everyone's favorite droid name, it probably won't mind.

ITT Flow Technologies designs highly configurable equipment. But as with many manufacturers, the digital thread breaks as data moves from engineering to programming, production, and the shop floor. Disconnected CAD, CAM, and manufacturing systems reduce traceability and drive manual work-arounds, delays, and rework. This session will show how ITT Flow Technologies is reconnecting design and manufacturing using Inventor, Vault, and Autodesk Fusion software. We'll review a real-world approach to creating a connected data flow across the product lifecycle. And we'll assess digital maturity, identify high-impact opportunities, and build a phased road map that delivers early value while improving collaboration, productivity, quality, and efficiency.

How can industrialized construction, intelligent data, and integrated workflows turn sustainability from a reporting burden into a scalable design strategy? In this session for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) leaders and delivery teams, Max Bögl Group will share how one company manages the value chain from raw material sourcing and design to off-site production, delivery, assembly, and maintenance to deliver modular buildings and bridge systems with measurable sustainability outcomes. As we use projects from Germany and the Netherlands, you'll see how standardized, parametric products, connected models, and automated assessments help teams compare options faster, respond to strict European requirements, and build the data foundation for future AI-supported design decisions.
