Add a tool to a marking menu

1. Choose Preferences > Interface > Marking menus.
2. -drag tools onto a shelf in the window to add them to the corresponding marking menus.
   TipWhen setting up marking menus, hold and double-click icons to shorten (or abbreviate) the name of the function. This allows for narrower marking menus.

Arrange the tools on a menu

The order of the tools on the marking menu shelf controls what position they occupy on the marking menu:

Remove a tool from a marking menu

1. Choose Preferences > Interface > Marking menus.
2. -drag the tool to the trashcan icon.

Rename a tool on a marking menu

1. Choose Preferences > Interface > Marking menus.
2. Hold and double-click the tool icon.

Swap marking menus between mouse buttons

1. Choose Preferences > Interface > Marking menus.
2. Double-click a marking menu shelf tab.
3. Change the Marking Menu option in the dialog box to the new mouse button for this marking menu.
