About cloud credits: Configuration sessions use cloud credits, so that you pay only for what you use. Monthly plan includes 10 cloud credits, quarterly plan includes 30 cloud credits, and the annual plan includes 100 cloud credits. Additional cloud credits can be purchased and must be purchased on the same contract.
To avoid potential issues, ensure that the billing information (e.g., name and email address) submitted is that of the Contract Manager (the person who will manage users) as this person cannot be changed once the purchase is made.
