Prepare work areas with laser projections

TruLaser laser projection software can use any 2D or 3D CAD data or existing laser projection data. Manage large work areas using the minimum number of lasers, or work on a large part, one section at a time.

  • CAD input

    Using Inventor software's data translators, you can load multiple CAD formats into TruLaser for laser projection applications. Convert any CAD data into laser projection data.

  • Laser modification

    Load, modify, and reverse engineer existing laser projection data for laser manufacturing. Then output to the same or other brands of laser projection systems.

  • Laser data projection

    Use data from 2D image formats on planar data, or expand and project it onto a 3D object. Once expanded, convert and output the image to a 3D laser projection data file.

  • Flicker management

    TruLaser optimizes existing laser trace paths and your new designs to help reduce laser flicker. Projection issues such as incorrect surface normals can be handled within TruLaser.

  • Use fewer lasers

    Cover large objects for paint masking or laser fabrication, even without enough lasers. Automatically filter the laser data into sections and project in the work area, one section at a time. Then relocate the laser for other sections.
